Is a workspace overkill if it's just me?
Not at all. A workspace with a single member gives you the same feed capacity as a solo plan, plus the option to invite people whenever you’re ready. Same feeds, same price, with no commitment to add anyone.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan, at any time. If you upgrade, the amount you have already paid for the current period will be pro-rated and applied to the new plan. If you downgrade, the amount you have already paid for the current period will be pro-rated and applied as a credit to the new plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for, and will then expire with no further charges.
Can I get a refund?
We may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions. In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
What payment methods are supported?
Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada), PayPal, Google Pay (only on Google Chrome), and Apple Pay (only on Safari).
How many Discord servers does my subscription apply to?
Your subscription applies to all the feeds that you own, regardless of what server it is in.
Can I apply my benefits to someone else?
While you can't transfer or apply your personal benefits to someone else's feeds, you can share your feeds for them to co-manage it with you. They will have full access to manage the feeds that you share with them, though each shared feed counts toward the feed limit of the person who accepts it. If you want a fully shared space instead, open a workspace on the Team plan: every member manages the workspace's feeds together, the bill is shared, and feeds count against the workspace's limit only.
In a workspace, do feeds share the workspace's plan?
Yes. Every feed in a workspace draws on the workspace's plan, no matter which member created it, and all of them count toward the workspace's shared total. (Co-management shares a single feed; a workspace shares a whole space through membership instead.)

Who/what is Paddle?
Paddle (paddle.com) is our reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle the checkout and billing process. All emails related to billing will be sent from Paddle.
